The Tipp City Area Arts Council is dedicated to the promotion, development and support of the visual, musical, physical and literary arts in Tipp City, Ohio and surrounding areas.
Gene Davis, of Tipp City, has been rock hounding and mining since 1985. He has collected some of the most beautiful gems in America, and wrapped them in silver to assemble his beautiful creations.
